Entry into Force Macron Law

Last July 1, 2016, the controversial Macron Law (referring to the Minister of Economy, Emmanuel Macron) came into force in France. This law is very extensive, but as far as transport is concerned, this law aims to control that salaried professional drivers who travel in France on behalf of companies with tax residence outside France, receive at least the minimum wage in force in France, which is set at 1,457.52 euros per month.
