L&rsquo;une des questions abord\u00e9es est celle de l&rsquo;inspection de l&rsquo;arrimage des cargaisons, dont l&rsquo;objectif est de s&rsquo;assurer que les marchandises voyagent correctement emball\u00e9es et charg\u00e9es dans le bon v\u00e9hicule. Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, seul le r\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur la circulation routi\u00e8re (RD 1428\/2003) \u00e9tablissait des lignes directrices minimales sur la mani\u00e8re dont les marchandises devaient \u00eatre transport\u00e9es dans un v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;annexe III de ce nouveau d\u00e9cret 563\/2017 d\u00e9veloppe les normes techniques qui doivent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es pour garantir l&rsquo;arrimage correct des charges sur le camion.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.www.bdtrans.es\/sites\/default\/files\/normativa-estiba-mercancia_0.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Bien que la nouvelle r\u00e9glementation en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;arrimage ne rende responsable que le transporteur et\/ou le propri\u00e9taire du camion, chez BDtrans, nous avons \u00e9tabli quelques lignes directrices et nous avons form\u00e9 tout notre personnel, en particulier les chargeurs et les chauffeurs, afin qu&rsquo;ils collaborent \u00e0 l&rsquo;arrimage correct de tous les camions. Elles sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ne chargez que des marchandises s\u00fbres et adapt\u00e9es au transport.<br \/>\n&#8211; Avoir toutes les certifications des parties du v\u00e9hicule utilis\u00e9es pour s\u00e9curiser le chargement en ordre.<br \/>\n&#8211; S&rsquo;assurer que le v\u00e9hicule est en bon \u00e9tat et que l&rsquo;espace r\u00e9serv\u00e9 au chargement est propre.<br \/>\n&#8211; Le plancher du v\u00e9hicule ne doit pas \u00eatre soumis \u00e0 une pression excessive pendant les op\u00e9rations de chargement.<br \/>\n&#8211; La charge doit \u00eatre correctement r\u00e9partie sur le v\u00e9hicule. \u00c0 cette fin, il faut tenir compte de la r\u00e9partition sur les essieux du v\u00e9hicule et des espaces consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme acceptables.<br \/>\n&#8211; Le v\u00e9hicule ne doit pas \u00eatre surcharg\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La norme EN12195-1:2010 relative \u00e0 l&rsquo;arrimage des charges sur les camions se concentre sur des questions telles que le nombre de sangles d&rsquo;arrimage \u00e0 utiliser, la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;arrimage des sangles d&rsquo;arrimage, et bien d&rsquo;autres choses encore. Pour emp\u00eacher le glissement, le basculement, le roulement, l&rsquo;oscillation, la d\u00e9formation substantielle et la rotation de tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de charge dans n&rsquo;importe quelle direction, il est n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;utiliser des m\u00e9thodes telles que le verrouillage, le blocage ou l&rsquo;arrimage.<\/p>\n<p>Chez BDtrans, les remorques et les camions dot\u00e9s de ces homologations sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00eats \u00e0 se conformer \u00e0 cette nouvelle r\u00e9glementation. Pour les camions qui n&rsquo;ont pas re\u00e7u cette approbation, les modifications correspondantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9es \u00e0 la structure afin d&rsquo;obtenir les certifications n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 cet effet.<\/p>\n<p>Les Mossos d&rsquo;Esquadra ont mis en place une adresse \u00e9lectronique itpg338@gencat.cat o\u00f9 vous pouvez poser toutes vos questions. En outre, la DGT s&rsquo;est engag\u00e9e \u00e0 effectuer plus de 15 000 contr\u00f4les techniques par an et a form\u00e9 la garde civile aux outils appropri\u00e9s pour v\u00e9rifier la conformit\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation.
