Conveying Liquids (Transfer Service)
We can transport liquids and transfer them to a tank at your customer’s premises. We have over 15 years of experience in this type of delivery, with a range of customers and a number of different methods.
This type of transfer can be very complex and can be done with a variety of different pumps, or by gravity. Our personnel have the highest levels of certification and training to carry out these operations safely and to minimise the risk of accidents.
Once we receive the order, we can co-ordinate the transfer directly with the appropriate staff and/or recipients. BDtrans has all the necessary documentation in place (both our own and that of our collaborators) to permit us to transfer the product to any recipient and to access any type of facility that meets the safety and administration requirements. We have never had an incident involving the transfer of liquids.
Safety comes first for us, so before a transfer is made, a control document is completed by which the facilities and tanks are checked. This checking process is used to assess existing safety levels and to determine whether or not the transfer can be carried out.
The types of transfer we carry out are:
- Liquid transfer by gravity
- Liquid transfer using a compressor
- Liquid transfer using an electric pump
- Liquid transfer using nitrogen
